Select links in the Links list and open Destination in the bulk bar. Find and replace part of a destination, replace the full URL, or add parameters. Review the old and new destinations, including links with no match, before confirming. The bulk bar also supports tags, monitoring, QR downloads, exports, pause, resume and delete.
Search your Links list and filter by domain, type, status or tags. The four sort options are Newest, Recently updated, Most clicks and Fewest clicks. Click sorting uses total clicks. CSV and Excel exports follow the list’s chosen order.
Link change history shows who made a change, when, and the values before and after. Audit history is included in Pro and Enterprise.
Yes. Pause keeps the link configuration so you can resume it later. Select links to pause or resume them together. If links were paused because the workspace exceeded its plan capacity, the plan must cover them before they can resume.
Pro destination monitoring surfaces health issues and supports alerts. Checks follow real traffic, so links with little or no traffic can have stale or no recent health information. Review the affected destination and update the link when needed. See the monitoring guide for details.
