Frequently asked questions

Open Workspace → Members and invite them by email with a role. You can paste several addresses at once. Each person gets their own login; there are no shared credentials. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked.
Yes. Every member has one of four roles. Owners can do everything, managers run team settings, billing and members, editors create and change links, QR codes and domains, and viewers only read. Roles can be changed in the members table at any time.
Give them the editor role. They create and change links in the dashboard and the change is live worldwide in seconds. They cannot touch billing, members or workspace settings, and every change they make is recorded with their name.
Core includes 3 team members. Pro and Enterprise have unlimited team members.
Yes. SAML single sign-on is available as an add-on on Pro and is included on Enterprise. Everyone can also protect their own account with two-factor authentication and sign in with Google or GitHub.
Remove them from Workspace → Members. Their access ends at once and their sessions no longer work. The links and domains they created stay in the workspace, with their name kept in the change history.
On Pro and Enterprise every link shows its change history: who changed it, when, the old and new value, and whether the change came from the dashboard, the API, an MCP client, a CSV import or auto-redirect. Editors and up can revert a single change.
The owner transfers ownership to another member by typing the workspace name to confirm. They become a manager, the new owner takes over billing and the workspace, and nothing is recreated.
